Join us for a winter celebration!
DCSC invites you to join us on December 19th for our Holiday Haunt Hangout, hosted by Denfeld's Scooby Doo Club! This event is open to all community school families, students, and staff. This will be the first joint event with all three of our community schools that we've held!
The event will take place at Denfeld High School on Thursday December 19th. It will run from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. There will be a family listening session running from 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm in the Career Resource Center as well. From 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm we will have childcare for anyone wanting to attend the family listening session. We will have fun activities for all ages, a free meal, and lots of other offerings at this event. Scroll down for more info!

Dinner
Mystery Mobile Catering will be providing a taco bar for the event! We will have vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available and dinner is provided at no cost for folks attending.
Activities
This event will have a STEM focus and we have a variety of community partners joining us for activities such as a Scooby Scavenger Hunt and Scooby Mystery Science! Learn to make Scooby Slime, Solder holiday ornaments, practice welding, and make computer animations, along with much more!
Resources
Our Denfeld Hunter Hut will be open throughout the event. Families are welcome to come "shop" for items such as winter clothing, food, hygiene and other necessary products. All at no cost.
Transportation
Before and after the event there will be transportation available. We will have two bus routes, one to the Central Hillside neighborhood and one to West Duluth. Find the schedule posted below!
Transportation Schedule
We are excited to be able to provide free transportation to folks looking to attend our Holiday Haunt. Please see below for the time and location of the stops. For busing to the event we will have two times at each stop for pickup. There will only be one drop off time. DTA passes will also be available at no cost.
