Temporary Position, June - July 2025, 32hrs/wk, nonexempt position, $18/hr

This is the fun and rewarding Summer job you’ve been looking for! Team up with us to provide high-quality summer programming at Myers-Wilkins Elementary School. Look forward to something different every day with our friendly, outgoing staff. We work with approximately youth entering grades 1-6, who will learn and play for five weeks. Youth-Development Support Staff will assist with supervision of students and instruction with hands-on academic learning, gardening, nutrition, visual arts, athletics, and outdoor recreation. Support Staff will also assist during Wolfpack Fridays.

Look forward to something different every day, ranging from academic to recreational and artistic activities. We work with high school aged students in DASH (Denfeld After School Happenings). Program leads will also have the opportunity to work with incoming Freshmen in our Summer Transitions Academy which gives students the chance to gain credits prior to the school year starting!​

Myers-Wilkins Community UMD Work Study
Part-time, til May 2025, 10hrs/wk, nonexempt position

This is the fun and rewarding job you’ve been looking for. The Work Study Youth Activities Leader is a position that will be part of a fun team providing a high-quality afterschool program focused on increasing students’ sense of belonging and engagement with their school. This position will run from September 2024 to the end of May 2025. Required hours for the position are Monday - Thursday from 2:30-4:30pm. The afterschool program will consist of up to 30 youth in grades K-5, participating in a rotation of sports and other activities.

Denfeld Community UMD Work Study
Part-time, til May 2025, 8hrs/wk, nonexempt position​

As a Work Study Lead you will support us in running DASH (Denfeld After School Happenings), an after-school program for high schoolers meant to provide a safe space to study, access tutors, and participate in activities. Programming at Denfeld, after school, happens Monday - Thursday from 3:25 to 5:30 pm. This begins in November 2024 and runs through the end of May 2025.
